“Should I Stay or Should I Go?” Sabine Torgler (English for Nurses) Featured on The Queen’s Nursing Institute Website

In 2021 English for Nurses director, Sabine Torgler, wrote an article about overseas nursing for the Queen’s Nursing Institute website. The QNI is the biggest charity for nurses in the world. In the article, ‘Should I Stay or Should I Go?’, Sabine reflects on her career as an overseas nurse, from the challenges of the early days on UK wards, through various specialist nursing roles within the NHS, to eventually founding an international nurses’ network. Sabine has great respect for the NHS and believes that her decision to move to the UK in 2003 opened up a whole world of opportunities for her. A fascinating journey!
